Now we’re just using the 2010 theme (which is the new default for WordPress), customized for BuddyPress. Which is a work in progress. It may not last.
This theme is a child of Andrea_r’s killer Sense and Sensibility BP theme. She made “A plain and sensible theme for any blog, with BuddyPress-ready areas.” So being the weirdo I am, I made “Sense and Sensibility and SeaMonsters”, which is only slightly different, but had the layout I wanted and some tweaks that made it look more like I felt the site should look. It is a little colorless, but Andrea’s mentioned making a “Pride and Prejudice” theme, and I’m almost forced to make an ‘…and zombies’ child theme now.

I’m going to read the book over Passover.

I’d say I just want to play, but really I wanted a place for my FRIENDS to play, to have a small blog or store, where they can do what they want, sell what they want.
