We Will:

  • Notify all meal plan members of our ability or non-ability to provide for dietary restrictions of which you have notified us;
  • Transport foods, cooking and serving vessels and utensils, and the camp’s supply of feast gear;
  • Set up the camp kitchen and campfire;
  • Prepare all foods kosher (Sephardi/Mizrachi minhag);
  • Prepare foods as requested for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, pescaterian, nut free, and other dietary restrictions;
  • Serve meals in timely fashion;
  • Clean up from cooking and serving;
  • Store leftovers and Meals On Camels feast gear at the camp;
  • Gradually increase our camp’s feast gear so that more can be served.

You Will:

  • Pay for the meal plan via PayPal at least ten days prior to the event;
  • Email your request for special meals for dietary restrictions at the same time that you pay for the meal plan;
  • Mark your assigned feast gear so that those with allergies will not make health-affecting errors;
  • Use a separate cloth or sponge to wash your assigned feast gear;
  • Assist the camp by feeding or banking the fire/coals so that they don’t go out from Friday night to Saturday night;
  • Make at least one trash/recycling run, fetch clean water, or dump used water in a suitable location away from camp;
  • Spend some time talking to the cooks – We love getting to know the people who share our board!
