The Cobalt Soul has two primary locations in New Vasselheim.
The current head is a human man named Kusuo. He has a very dark skin and bright soft eyes that crack on the sides from lot of smiling. He wears standard cobalt soul monk uniform, blue and gray robes. His right arm is heavily scarred and he walks with a noticeable limp.
The Cobalt Embassy
A small embassy building at the end of the row, it’s home to a handful of members. It’s considered a staging locale, where rescues books and other items are brought before being taken to the vault.
The Cobalt Vault
Found in the religious district, this library houses what’s left of Old Vasselheim’s Cobalt Vault. The library is heavily restricted, and requires approval even for members.
